Norwegian SoMe Manager & Support in Ireland (100% Remote)

YouWish.no is Norway's leading platform for experience gift cards, connecting people with the country's best experiences since 2012. We have built and continuously developed our own ecommerce platform from the ground up, giving us the freedom to innovate, move fast and stay ahead.

Now we are taking our first step outside Norway and launching in Ireland, and we are looking for the person who will make it happen.

This is not a typical support role. You will be our eyes and ears in Ireland. You will work with the latest AI tools for ecommerce, create content for the Irish market, onboard new experience partners and help build something unique that has never existed in Ireland before.

You will be part of a remote team that is young, driven and informal, people who genuinely love what they build and want to be the best in the industry. We work with world leading tools, move fast and always look for ways to improve.

We are looking for a Norwegian living in Ireland who is ready to take on an exciting and varied role as our first hire in the Irish market. You will work with SoMe, content and support for the Irish & Norwegian market. You will be using the latest AI tools and be part of ongoing projects , all while working remotely from Ireland and reporting directly to the CEO. We are looking for someone who is settled in Ireland and will stay for at least the next couple of years.

You do not need to be an expert in everything. What matters most is that you are a warm and reliable communicator, curious by nature, creative in how you think about content, and genuin about great service. We will teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

SoMe & Content Manager

Part of the role involves creating articles and content for the Irish market. You will be taught everything you need, supported by market leading AI tools and our experienced copywriter who will proof read your work. If you can find great content and social media ideas, follow basic writing principles and visual ideas we will support you with the rest.

SoMe manager: As SoMe manager you will be working with our social media accounts, create and post content, and talking with users.

SEO Articles: Create articles about experiences across Ireland. Our users come to us looking for inspiration, gifting guides and recommendations on the best experiences and places to book in Ireland.

AI: You will work with etals.com, the market leading AI content tool for eCommerce, keeping you at the forefront of the latest developments in AI.

Media: You will work with images and video using AI-powered tools. Its great with the ability to create and manage visual content using basic tools for image and video editing. Experience with visual content is a plus, but everything you need will be taught on the job.

Support

Support: Support our customers and partners through phone and email, ensuring they get the help they need.

Partner support: Help and support our partners with questions, creating there account and create there experiences on the platform.

Markets: You will support both the Norwegian and the Irish market.

Projects

Projects: As part of the team you will be involved in a variety of ongoing projects, all working towards shared company goals.

• Fluent in Norwegian and English
