Malekurs i flytende maling

I'll be honest and say that I participated in "only" one of Naysha's courses. There weren't more courses for me for various reasons, but that doesn't mean that I won't suddenly show up! Because that one time, it was an experience that I would like to repeat as soon as the opportunity arises! I will say that I was a little skeptical before the course (as I always am with new things) and it didn't help that I had my 9-year-old with me as the other course participant! :) How would it all go if the 9-year-old was bored or if I was bored (OK, the latter is a little less problematic if that were the case :))? But no, we had a great time during the 2 hours we were on the course! The 9-year-old would love to go back, but next time with one or more friends (maybe it was dad who was the boring one, who knows!?)! We both made two paintings each and were very happy with the results (please see pictures of the paintings here)! Naysha was an absolutely top art teacher for both me and my 9 year old! Highly recommended as an activity that simply must be experienced!

I would like to be allowed to write a small review about the painting courses of Naysha Sonét - Malerier ..

I have always loved painting and drawing, but never felt that my technique was enough, according to my own assessments.

Then one beautiful day I met the recycling artist Naysha, and she told me that she was organizing painting courses in the acrylic pouring technique, a rather fun and interesting technique. "Why the h**l not give it a shot..", I thought, signed up and joined the course, which was really something special.

Naysha showed first, and she is very good at showing and learning from her and always takes the time to answer questions and give guidance.

Furthermore, we got the course participants to try themselves on their own canvas, all with great results. And here you just have to let your creativity go bananas with the paint, all the nice colors and tools at your disposal. I can mention, among others, canvas, paint in all colors, turntable, silicone oil, paint scraper, etc.
And the most important and best thing: There is NO answer. You get started, and let the paint take control and do as it wants.

Then, after a few days, the paintings could be brought home and hung on the wall, and it was a bit of a thrill to be able to take home your
first self-produced painting.

Later I heard about another painting course, and thought that since it was so fun and interesting last time, why not try it again? So I contacted Naysha and
expressed interest; the answer was a warm welcome

I have now had 11 courses with Naysha, and it has truly been an experience. Right from the first course when you know absolutely nothing, to diluting the paint thin enough to flow properly, all the many techniques that you often don't get on the first try, but that you try again and again until you crack the code, everything has been a wonderful journey into the world of colors. Here you get in touch with the child within yourself, you play with the techniques, put your own spin on them the more confident you become in what you are doing, and let the colors take you on a journey. Seeing how someone drops silicone oil affects the picture, how they have an expression freshly painted, and can actually change during the drying period, that is what makes it exciting to pick up the finished painting. What will be revealed when you see the picture after drying. This is a journey I highly recommend to anyone who is adventurous and wants to try something new. It is very easy to get hooked on this and Naysha is an artist with a warm, bubbly and welcoming personality, she safely guides you through the process, is supportive and always has good advice to give to make things even better. An evening spent in Naysha's company is an evening you will remember, and gladly repeat as soon as possible.
